At CRAMLI Psychological and Behavioural Services, we work with you to provide tailored support that aligns with your needs, goals, and preferences. Here’s what we offer:

  • Personalized Services: We collaborate to create a plan that meets your specific goals, with flexibility to adapt as your needs change.
  • Crisis Management Expertise: Our team is trained in CPI techniques to ensure safety and effective de-escalation during challenging situations.
  • Aligned with NDIS Portal: Services are delivered based on the most up-to-date details recorded in the NDIS portal.


Our Commitment to You

We promise to:

  • Respect your rights, privacy, and preferences.
  • Deliver safe, competent, and legally compliant services.
  • Maintain open communication and keep you informed about any changes.
  • Provide trained professionals to support your specific needs.
  • Ensure accurate records, timely invoices, and adherence to NDIS guidelines.


Your Role

For a successful partnership, we ask that you:

  • Share any concerns about our services.
  • Participate in planning and monitoring goals.
  • Ensure funding is available and pay invoices promptly.
  • Notify us of changes to your circumstances, NDIS plan, or location.
  • Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe environment.


Specialized Behaviour Support

We develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans within three weeks of signing the agreement. This process includes:

  • Home visits and assessments.
  • Collaboration with allied professionals.
  • Development of detailed plans tailored to your needs.


Fees and Payments

  • Services are billed in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
  • Payments are expected one day before your session, unless managed by the NDIS or a Plan Manager.
  • Overdue payments may result in additional fees, including debt recovery costs.


Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the service fee, including travel time.


Your Privacy Matters

We value your privacy. Personal information is used solely to provide and manage services. If you have questions about how we use your information, please contact our office for more details.


Feedback and Complaints

We welcome your input and offer multiple ways to raise concerns:

  • Directly: Speak to our team in person, via email, or by phone at 1800 272 654.
  • Online: Submit feedback through our website.
  • NDIS Commission: File complaints via NDIS Complaints.


Emergency and Disaster Management

We have plans in place to ensure continuity of care during emergencies, prioritizing your health, safety, and wellbeing.
