CRAMLI PBS: Your Partner in Mental Health

Mental Health First Aid Training: Delivered by a Licensed Instructor

At CRAMLI Australia, we offer accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) professional development designed for people working in high-responsibility, high-impact roles across the disability, mental health, community, and human services sectors.

This training equips participants with the practical skills, confidence, and knowledge to recognise the early signs of mental health challenges, respond appropriately, and provide initial support until professional help is accessed.

About the Instructor

Sali Shayia is the Managing Director of CRAMLI Australia and a Mental Health First Aid Australia – Licensed Instructor.

Sali brings a unique combination of:

  • Advanced behavioural practice

  • Clinical psychotherapy

  • Forensic disability and complex needs experience

  • Extensive NDIS and service-system knowledge

This means Mental Health First Aid training is delivered with real-world context, grounded in evidence-based frameworks, trauma-informed practice, and sector-specific realities — not just theory.
